What are your shipping fees?
We charge a flat rate of $19.95 for shipping handguns. Long guns are $24.95 flat rate anywhere in the continental US. Accessories are shipped for a flat rate of $9.95 - $12.95.
Orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii require additional shipping. Please contact us before ordering for a more accurate rate. You may be contacted by our sales department if an order has been placed that requires a shipping charge adjustment.
After my purchase with Patriot Firearms, I found the same item cheapers at another store. Can you match or beat the price and refund the difference?
We work hard to offer you the lowest price possible. Internet prices can fluctuate daily (even hourly). Becuase of these fluctuations and other market changes, we are not able to refund price differences once an item has been ordered. Price guarantees are not offered and prices are subjec to change.
I placed an order, where is my gun?
We cannot ship your order until your dealers FFL documentation is in our system and has been verified. Once we receive a copy of your dealers FFL form, we will ship your item; typically within 3-7 days. Also, in some cases, certain manufacturers do not allow us to drop ship directly to you. We must take possession of the item first. If you check tracking and your item looks like it's not heading in the right direction, it's most likely because of this manufacturer requirement. We have same day turn around and will ship your item to you as quickly as possible. We will also send you updated tracking information.
What are your credit card fees?
Patriot Firearms does not charge credit card fees. We believe in offering the best bottom line price with no surprises or added costs to our customers.
Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
We do not accept personal checks. However, we do accept the following: USPS Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Certified bank checks. Contact us for ordering.
Will I receive an order confirmation, receipt, and shipping notifications?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Please check your SPAM folder in case your email client labels our notifications incorrectly. If you created an account at checkout, you will receive tracking information. If you checked out as a guest, you will not.
Do you offer a layaway plan?
We do not offer a layaway plan at this time.
Why is my order delayed?
The primary reason for delayed orders is because we are waiting for your FFL to send us a copy of their FFL form. We need this confirmation in order to remain compliant with ATF laws. Please note that inventories can change after you place your order and before we get FFL confirmation. Changes in inventory, can impact our ability to fulfill items that are low stock.
Do you carry other brands? Can you custom order?
Yes, we carry many items not listed on the web page. If you don't see what you're looking for, please contact us for options. We can custom order most brands and items.
